Focus Steps is affordable home based rehabilitation program that is individually tailored for people with spinal cord injury across Melbourne, including the CBD and surrounding suburbs.
We are a team of qualified physiotherapists and students within the discipline of physiotherapy, exercise science and health/nutrition.
Our physical therapy programs are home based which means our exercise therapy assistants or physiotherapists come to your home and provide you the level of exercise program you require at your convenience.
